At Travlott, we aim to offer rewarding experiences, whether through giveaways or branded merchandise. Below outlines our refund policy for all transactions.
1. Giveaway Entries (Digital Products)
All purchases of giveaway entries — including $1 entry tickets and any bonus entries tied to affiliate bookings — are final and non-refundable.
- Entry does not guarantee a win.
- Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or transferred.
- Giveaway entries are considered digital products and are delivered instantly via confirmation email.

2. Affiliate Travel Bookings
Travlott promotes travel services (e.g., flights, hotels, eSIMs) via affiliate links. Any bookings made through these links are governed by the third-party provider’s terms and refund policy, not ours.
For example:
- Flights booked via Trip.com must be canceled through Trip.com.
- eSIMs from Airalo must follow Airalo’s refund policy.
Travlott is not responsible for refunds or changes to these services.
3. Merchandise (e.g., Pangea Hoodies)
We accept returns for merchandise under the following conditions:
- You request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- You provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds for Approved Returns
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please request a return and place a new order.
